Something that tastes this good shouldn’t be legal – and unless you’re on a low carb diet, it probably isn’t. Be careful you don’t get addicted to this one though…

4 bars of Lindt 99% Chocolate
1 Package cream cheese (250g, 8oz)
3 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Whipping cream
3 tsp liquid Sugar Twin, or use your sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 shot espresso (optional)
Crushed unsweeteend coconut
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese until soft. Add espresso (carefully!) and vanilla.
Step 2: In a saucepan, melt down the 4 chocolate bars. Do this on low to medium heat as chocolate burns easily. Stir often, if the chocolate sits it will burn!
Add the butter, whipping cream and sweeter. Keep stirring. Once everything is melted together, give it a taste. If you want it sweeter, add more sweetener. More creamy? Add more cream and butter.
Step 3: Add the chocolate mix to the cream cheese. Mix until blended.
Step 4: Refrigerate the mix for about 1.5 – 2 hours.
Step 5: Wash your hands. While you were waiting you probably went to the bathroom and didn’t wash them afterwards.
